This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes/offers will not be considered), on requisition F41636-00-T0627, to fax number (210-671-5064). This requirement is restricted to Gortex materials or Falls Manufacturing sources (Model 201), alternates will be considered if they have been tested and approved by the US Army Natick Laboratory. Project is the purchase of 200 reversible desert camouflage parkas and 144 trousers of the same materials/color pattern. Items are to be provided in size small (25 sets), medium (50 sets), large (83 sets) and X-large (42 sets). Color is to be three color/ day desert on one side and night desert on the other. Delivery is to be within 15 days of award, to FOB destination 4380A Alabama RD, Moody AFB Georgia. Include delivery cost in quote. This purchase is restricted to small business, size 500 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provision and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10, Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 2385.
