This is source Sought Synopsis to determine if there are any private sector offerors and other Federal Agencies interested and capable of providing preventive maintenance, maintenance management services, maintenance and repair services, technical, personnel management, tools, supplies, labor, and on-and off-site telephone technical assistance necessary to perform repair, and replacement, develop software, and upgrades to the existing Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS) 24 hours per day 365 days per year. The EMCS system 600 and Apogee software system installed at Andrews is Siemens Building Technologies Landis Division. The network computer units are located in the building 1522. Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning shop and the system administrator's office (89 CES/CEOEU) located in building 3465 room 107B on Andrews AFB, MD. This office is also requesting commercial terms and conditions, contract type, commercial and performance based statement of works and other commercial practices currently in use for these required services. This is not a request for proposal but for planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.
