Commercial item procedures will be used. A solicitation will be issued. Request for Quotations (RFQ) 623-19-00 is assigned and shall be referenced on any proposals. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97- 16. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7349 and the small business size standard is 12 million dollars. The Muskogee VA Medical Center has a requirement for Aseptic Management Services at it's Tulsa Outpatient Clinic, which is located at 635 W. 11th Street, Tulsa, OK 74127. Services are for both administrative and direct patient care areas for an approximately 44,000 square foot medical facility and 250 space parking lot. The contractor is to provide all personnel, materials, supplies and equipment to effectively andefficiently clean the TOPC. Quotations shall be submitted on an "all or none" basis and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. No partial quotations shall be submitted.
