The Marine Corps Support Activity, has a requirement for commercial travel services for all Marine Corps activities located at the Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport, Kansas City, Missouri. The contractor is to furnish all labor, material, equipment, etc. in order to provide the required commercial airline reservations and tickets for official travel by military and civilian personnel. Government space is available if desired by the contractor. The contractor will required to maintain official records and furnish reports specified in the solicitation. The Government will reimburse the contractor for the cost of tickets, rental cars, etc. The contractor will be required to utilize Government air fares. The contract will extend for a period of one year from the date of award with an option for two additional years. Evaluation factors will be price, past performance and the proposed level of service. The SIC is 4729 and the small business size standard is $3.5 million. The solicitation will be available on or about 16 May with the closing date scheduled to be on or about 19 June.
