The initial period of performance is 1 Jul 00 thru 30 Sep 00, together with options to extend for a total performance period not to exceed 39 months. Equipment is to be placed in five new dormitories upon completion of construction. Each of the five dormitories requires 27 washers and 21 dryers, for a total of 135 washers and 105 dryers when all facilities are completed. Scheduled building completion are as follows: 1 Jul 2000 -- 2 facilities; 15 Oct 2000 -- 1 facility; 2 Jan 2001 -- 1 facility; 1 Oct 01 -- 1 facility.
