Services ordered under the contract will be performed in, but not limited to, the states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. The menu of services contained in the scope of work include the following: space programming, project scheduling, market survey, market analysis, fire and life safety survey, develop solicitation for offers, review and evaluate offers, post award services, lease alterations, move coordination services, real estate tax adjustments, operating cost escalations, and sub-leasing of federally controlled facilities. It is the Government_s intention to award multiple delivery order contracts, however, the Government does reserve the right to make a single award. The contract performance period will be a 24 month base period with three one-year options. The procurement is open to all business concerns. The Standard IndustrialCode(SIC) is 6531.
