DESC: Furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform semi-annual inspections in accordance with applicable NFPA standards and manufacturers' guidelines on Halon/Clean Agent, Wet Chemical, Dry Chemical and Water Mist Fire Suppression systems. In addition, work will involve the replacement of defective system components found during the inspection of the above systems. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued as a Simplified Commercial Acquisition and will be a 100% small business set-aside under the authority of FAR Parts 12, 13, and 19, SIC code 8999. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000.00 -- $100,000.00 annually with a base year and four option periods. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 19 May 2000. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered. The RFQ will be available for downloading from the Fort Drum web page and no hardcopies will be provided. All sources wishing to submit a quote are required to monitor the Fort Drum Contracting web page for any/all amendments to the RFQ.
