The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision to remove and dispose of asbestos containing vinyl floor covering and thermal systems insulation (TSI) in the basement of Senior Officer's Quarters Unit E. Work includes the removal and replacement of TSI on the exposed piping and hot water tank as described in the Statement of Work and shown on CG Drawing No. 23598. Performance Period is 20 days. WORK MUST BE COMPLETED NLT JUNE 30, 2000. SUBMITTALS DUE BEFORE AWARD include but are not limited to: references / asbestos worker qualifications. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: Uniform Building Code; applicable OSHA regulations and Coast Guard Safety Regs.
