The National Imagery and Mapping Agency, has a requirement for two (2) Shaffstall Multi-Format 8MM Tape Duplication Systems, and one (1) Shaffstall Quickcopy Software and Field Installation. The upgrade of the existing Shaffstall 8MM Duplication System is to include all software, hardware and installation. This procurement will be handled as a Credit Card Buy using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No public bid opening will be held. The proposed contract action is made under the conditions described in FAR Part 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
