Location must be in an Easterly, Westerly or Northerly direction in the Franklin County, MA area. No facilities south of Greenfield, MA will be considered. The contractor shall provide Primary Care Services to eligible veteran beneficiaries at contractor's facility. Contract is for 1 year, with two 1-year renewal options.
