Anniston Army Depot is seeking sources for HBCU/MI Educational Institutions who have the capability to provide training in the following courses: 1) Production Statistics and Management. Training on how to take the statistical data generated, decide how it is pertinent to individual processes, and how to apply that to the management of production operations. Length of course would be 40-80 hours. Target audience would be 100 production supervisors, planners, and production management specialists. 2) Business and Work Ethics. Training on accepting responsibility, being accountable for taxpayer dollars, tough decisions just because it's the "right" thing to do. Length of course would be one day. Target Audience would be 200 production supervisors, production management specialists, resources personnel, and production engineers. 3) Change Management. How to handle constant turmoil, people moving in/out of organizations, analyzing the reasons for change and focusing on how to manage the change rather than allowing the change to overcome individual productivity. Length of course would be two days. Target Audience would be approximately 2,400 employees. 4) Performance Counseling. Performance Counseling. How to discuss employee performance, document performance, take action to correct/change performance. Length of course would be two to five days. Target Audience would be about 300 leaders and supervisors.
