The incorporated document provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 5046; small business standard is 100 employees. PROJECT: One (1) EA, Message Signboard, 76_ H x 134_ W, 200 standard messages, 50 programmable messages, character dimensions: 18_ x 12.5_, will operate from Solar or Utility power, Manuf: ADDCO, Part # DH1000 ALS OR EQUAL. Delivery terms shall be FOB destination. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated and shall remain in effect in any resultant purchase order: FAR Part 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items is incorporated by reference. The provision at FAR Part 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to the solicitation. Award will be made based on low-price/technically acceptable offeror. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote received without discussions.
