Mail tray carts are to be delivered to various United States Postal Service (USPS) facilities in the Northeast Area for an initial requirement of 97 units. Additional Units may be required on an "as needed" basis, in variable quantities, for delivery to various USPS facilities for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of award. 3.
