Under Section L.8.i, in the title, add "and Subcontractor(s)" to Prime contractor. The following is also added: "The base fee must be no more than one-third of award fee. For example, if base fee is 1.5%, then award fee can be 4.5%. Each offeror is reminded that this is a competitive procurement, and should bid fees with the competitive environment in mind." 3. Under Section L.8.t. -- remove subparagraph (t), renumber subparagraph (u) to (t), and renumber subparagraph (v) to (u). 4. Add Section M.6.1.(D), "Total points awarded for cost using the example above will be 75 x .30 = 22.50". 5. Under Section M -- remove M.6.2 (section on the evaluation of the base and award fee) in its entirety. 6. Under Section M.7 -- change the Cost Score from 24.38 to 22.50 and change the Total Evaluation Score from 86.38 to 84.50. 7. The closing date is extended to 10 a.m. local time, May 15, 2000.
