PERFORMANCE BASED LOGISTICS FOR THE H-60 SEAHAWK WEAPONS SYSTEM NAVICP Philadelphia requests that all interested parties attend a Pre-Solicitation Conference for Performance Based Logistics for the H-60 Seahawk Weapons System. The H-60 is defined as all Navy Type/Model/Series H-60 Helicopters, to include SH-60R, CH-60S, Coast Guard (HH-60J) and FMS for Australia, Greece, Spain, Thailand and Taiwan. The Conference will be at NAVICP PHIL, 700 Robbins Ave., Phila., PA 19111 on 15 May 2000 from 0800 to 1600 in Main Conference Room A, B and C. The Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Draft Evaluation Criteria for this effort are posted to NAVICP's homepage (http://www.navicp.navy.mil/business/index.htm#specialnotices) under Business (go to Special Notices). ROMs for the effort are encouraged and will be accepted by the PCO, Kathy Andrews, Code 0231.01 by 30 June 2000. ROMs are for planning and informational purposes only and should not be construed as a commitment by the government to issue a request for proposal or award a contract. NAVICP will accept questions after the Conference date through 26 May 2000. Revisions to the PWS will be posted to the NAVICP homepage.
