SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES To stimulate competition in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) arena, the Fort Worth District is posting SAP requirements on its home page. This transition will better inform the small business community as well as make it easier for that community to access and download project files. The District will continue to transmit SAP requirements via the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. A link, pointing to our home page, will be included in the EDI transmission so EDI participants will know where to find the plans and specifications for the Ft. Worth District projects.
