These moving targets will most likely be engaged with small-arms weapons that are designed for long-range, precision engagements. The sources sought for such a product must be capable of modifying existing off-the-shelf targets, if need be, to best suit the needs of the government. This notice is not to be considered a solicitation; no solicitation exists. All responses received by the government by the response deadline will be reviewed to determine what firms have the capability to manufacture moving targets of the type required.
