The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Roswell Field Office (RFO) has a requirement for the collection and compilation of vegetative data. The contractor shall provide all services necessary for the collection and compilation of vegetative monitoring data at 206 existing monitoring study locations and 30 new monitoring study sites that will be established on selected allotments. This project shall be performed in the RFO area. The performance period will be from September, 2000 -- 30 June 2001. Quoters will be required to submit a brief technical proposal identifying knowledge/experience, past performance, and references for evaluation in conjunction with submitted prices.
