Sources Sought: Replacemenet and/or refurbishment of compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling station at Post office in Concord, CA. 2. The U. S. Postal Service has a fleet of 165 alternative fuel vehicles at 2121 Meridian Park Blvd., Concord, CA, capable of operating on either gasoline or CNG. The existing CNG refueling equipment in Concord is not operational and these vehicles are using only gasoline for fuel. 3. Prospective suppliers are invited to visit the site to assess the condition of existing equipment and identify that which should be replaced or can be made fit for re-use and what new equipment is required. Upon contract award, the supplier will install a complete CNG station sized to meet, at a minimum, the USPS daily "time-fill" refueling requirements (165 vehicles with a 3,600 psi system) estimated at 200 GGE per day with refueling time of 16 hours. 4. Once installation is complete and the station operating properly, the supplier can remain to operate and maintain the station as wellas supply the fuel over a period of multi-year options. 5.
