The Administration for Children and Families, Division of Energy Assistance requires the services of a contractor to provide a Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Clearinghouse. The contractor will be responsible for collecting, developing, organizing and disseminating information relevant to the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. Clearinghouse information will be available to LIHEAP grantees and other interested parties. The Clearinghouse will also be responsible for providing technical assistance and information through a toll-free number, an internet Web site, E-mail, newsletters and other written correspondence. The period of performance is twelve months with two one-year options to extend the contract. Interested parties should request RFP 105-00-8202. The anticipated release date is on or about May 18, 2000. This acquisition is limited to States, territories, Tribes, tribal organizations, public agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
