Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials,
transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to complete
FamCamp Improvement, Malmstrom AFB, MT. in accordance with the
specifications and drawings. Work elements to include but not limited
to such work as furnishing and installing concrete pads, asphalt and
gravel surfacing, water lines, sewer service installation, extension of
electrical services. Anticipated awarded contract will be a Firm Fix
Price Contract. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about
11 May 2000. Proposal closing will be on or about 15 Jun 2000.
Performance period is 90 calendar days after insuance of Notice to
Proceed. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price
Performance Trade-Off basis. This acquisition is open competition for
both Large and Small businesses in accordance with the Small Business
Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request for Proposal will ONLY
be available by electronic transmission (See Internet site:
http://www.eps.gov). Potential contractors must be registered in the
Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award (See Internet
site: http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil). All responsible sources may submit
a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of
this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The Standard Industrial
code is 1542. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not
obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government.
Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through
the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges
for participation in military community programs. This purchase does
