The project consists of the construction of the Molasses Pier Access Road. Principal items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: Embankment Construction: 20,000 m3; Hot Asphalt Concrete Pavement: 3,500 metric tons; Precast Concrete Bottomless Box Culvert: 11 m; Cast-in-place Concrete Piles: 575 m; and Geogrid Reinforcement: 21,000 m2.
