This project will be a firm-fixed price contract to repair the fuel servicing area at bldg 41. The project is located in an exclusive jurisdiction area and hazardous soil material may be encountered in this project. An independent party as part of the project will perform soil test analyses. Issue date O/A 24 May 00. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code is 1542.
