Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract for Roadway and Parking Lot construction at the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, Cambridge (Dorchester County), Maryland. The work shall include all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of roadways and parking lots at the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge new headquarters building. This work will also include the final grading, culverts, geogrid reinforced base, asphalt concrete paving, concrete sidewalks, curbing, wheel stops, pavement markings, signs, landscaping and other incidental work. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The SIC code for this acquisition is 1611; size standard is $17 million.
