The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to issue a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract modification to contract N66604-99-C-5933. Contract N66604-99-C-5933 was awarded to Kollmorgen Electro-Optical, 347 King Street, Northampton, MA 01060 on 15 July 1999. The contract modification will be for two (2) Type 8 Mod 3 Periscope Sets (NSN 2F 2040-LL-HB5-0575P1) that will incorporate a Medium Wavelength Infrared (MWIR) imaging capability. The contract modification shall require the design, documentation, fabrication, testing and delivery of two (2) Pre-Production Periscope Sets and Radar Camouflage Units under Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0006AB. Delivery of the two (2) Pre-Production Periscope Sets shall be 24 months after contract modification award at destination Newport, RI. See Numbered Note 22.
