Orendorff 304/263-0811 extension 4300 Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Somnus Medical Technologies Inc., 285 N Wolfe Road, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. The purpose of this contract is to procure Stock #1010-2110-05 Palate handpiece, Stock #1100-4110-05 Turbinate handpiece 4cm, 1.0cm active, Stock #1100-4115-05 Turbinate handpiece 4cm, 1.5cm active and Stock #1200-2110-05 Tongue handpiece 2cm, 1cm active for the Somnoplasty System. Contract will be issued for one (1) year with a one (1) year option and task orders will be issued against the contract. The first task order will be for a total of twelve (12) boxes initially, all future task orders will be in increments of six (6) boxes.
