Beneficiaries permanently residing in Bexar, Comal, or Guadalupe counties, TX, are affected. The items included are: home oxygen therapy, hospital beds and accessories, manual wheelchairs and accessories, nebulizer inhalation drugs, and non-customized orthotic devices.
