catering service for May 22 thru June 30, 2000 at Camp Rilea,
Warrenton, Oregon. The meals are intended to feed soldiers attending
the 19T course and other soldiers performing regular Annual Training
and Inactive Duty Training for the HQ 249th Regional Training Institute
& HHC 1-162nd Infantry. Approximately 2813 breakfast meals, 3249 Lunch
meals and 2538 dinner meals will need to be delivered. There will be
five days that sack meals will need to be delivered for a lunch meal or
a dinner meal. Setting will be buffet style. Caters desiring to bid on
this project will be required to provide a sample 7 day menu that
contains the price per meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner and provide
a bid total. Caters must contact Specialist Jody Trigg to obtain a
Request for Quotation (RFQ). A spreadsheet is available to those who
wish to bid on the project of the meals requested per day. Caters that
wish to bid on this project must be registered on Central Contractor
Registration and qualify as a small business. This is a 100 % small
business set aside solicitation. Contractors within a 100-mile radius
of Camp Rilea, Warrenton, Oregon will be first area of consideration
for award. Breakfast meals will have a minimum of coffee, juice, milk,
eggs, potatoes, ham, bacon or sausage, pancakes or waffles, oatmeal or
cream of wheat, seasonal fresh fruit and condiments. Lunch meals will
have a minimum of coffee, milk and punch or iced tea, meat entr e,
salad with a choice of at least three dressings, seasonal fresh fruit,
potato, rice or noodles, rolls, bread sticks or toast, dessert and
condiments. Box lunches will have a minimum of juice or soda, sandwich
(Turkey, ham, roast beef, tuna, egg or chicken salad) on quality
sandwich bread, potato chips and raisins or fruit roll-ups, 2 packages
of mayonnaise and mustard and packaged pickles and tomatoes. Dinner
meals will have a minimum of consist of coffee, milk and punch or iced
tea, meat entr e, salad with a choice of at least three dressings,
potato, rice or noodles, rolls, bread sticks or toast, cooked
vegetables, dessert and condiments. Sack dinners may consist of the
same items as a sack lunch. Meals may vary from this outline with a
