The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego) intends to issue Request for Proposals (RFP) No. N66001-00-R-5046 for the award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract to provide for Command, Control, Communications, Computers Information Surveillance Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems engineering, network design, and information architecture development. The contract will be for a five years. The estimated level of effort is as follows: 38,220 man-hours during year one, 36,815 man-hours during year two, 35,440 man-hours during year three, 34,085 man-hours during year four, and 32,800 man-hours during year five. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this effort is 7373 and the small business size standard is annual average gross revenue for the past three years of no greater than $18,000,000.
