We are seeking in-kind sponsorship for the Elmendorf Youth Center Halloween Carnival and Costume Contest to be conducted 28 October 2000. We are seeking sponsorship for $800 for 17 game booths, 6 bags of apples, 10 large bags of caramel, candy, trick or treat bags, and prizes for the costume contest. We would accept all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered.
