The purpose of this contract is to obtain the services necessary for 1) the routine operation and maintenance of the Multnomah Falls Secondary Wastewater Treatment Plant, effluent pumping station at the existing septic tank near the lodge, distribution system to the Columbia River, and existing drain fields at the Multnomah Falls facilities; 2) Emergency repair and call-back services on the same systems listed above; 3) Testing, monitoring, reporting, maintenance scheduling, repair and coordination of repair for the above mentioned systems. Services will be performed as needed seven (7) days per week for the contract period. It is anticipated that the award will be for the Base Year with four (4) Option Year periods. The Wastewater Treatment Plant is located at Multnomah Falls, Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, Multnomah County, Oregon.
