The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, in Dallas, Texas intends to make single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution in Big Spring, Texas. Services to be provided shall include inpatient/outpatient facility services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services. Services shall be provided within a 100 mile radius of the Federal Correctional Institution. The contract type is a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/requirements contract. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for these periods are as follows: Base Year -- 200 inpatient days, 136 outpatient visits, Option Year 1 -- 200 inpatient days, 136 outpatient visits, Option Year 2 -- 200 inpatient days, 136 outpatient visits, Option Year 3 -- 200 inpatient days, 136 outpatient visits, Option Year 4 -- 200 inpatient days, 136 outpatient visits.
