The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) has a requirement for assistance in evaluating the compensation of executive officers at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to determine whether such compensation is reasonable and comparable with compensation for executive officers with similar duties and responsibilities in similar businesses. Work on this requirement would commence NOT later than fiscal year 2002, pending availability of funding. Periodically, OFHEO also has a requirement for assistance in evaluating termination benefits of executive officers at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on a similar basis. The period of the contract will be from date of award to September 30, 2001, with four (4) one-year options. Requests for RFP's shall be in writing. Two mailing labels SHALL accompany each letter of request. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted.
