This is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) contract type for Real Estate Appraisal Services for Region 6, Pacific Northwest Region, USDA-Forest Service, inclusive of the states of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Contractor(s) shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, personnel, and travel to perform appraisal services on as ordered basis. Appraisal services range from complete self-contained appraisals to small market research projects. The period of performance of this contract is from date of contract award through the end of 5 (five) consecutive years. The Forest Service intends to award between 12 to 18 contracts to offerors whose offers are the most advantageous to the Forest Service, as determined through evaluation as outlined in Section M, EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD, of this solicitation.
