The proposed contractor has a unique data base which contains information on health care financing and utilization in industrialized Western nations. The purpose of this contract is to obtain these data on an ongoing basis, updated and expanded, along with supporting papers and analyses looking at the trends in other Western developed nations and their policy relevance to the United States.
