The National Park Service has a requirement for UNARMED Guard Security Services at our San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park Museum facility in San Francisco. WE ARE REQUESTING INFORMATION ONLY. ******The National Park Service is researching the market for UNARMED Guard Security Services information. *** Statement of Need*** UNARMED Security Guard Service (Unarmed=no weapon) to provide unarmed, uniformed security guards at a Government location and to provide unarmed security patrols of the same location. ****Tours of duty are: (1) one guard "graveyard shift" 365 days per year, 7 days per week, 11:30pm through 7:30am; and, (2) one guard "weekend-swing-shift" each Saturday and Sunday 4:00pm through midnight. ****Additional services will require: (1) relief guard "regular-swing-shift" for expected and unexpected absences of the Government's security guard -- Monday through Friday 4:00pm through midnight. Relief guard must insurethe government's location is secure and therefore no lapse in service/coverage may occur; (2) relief guard "swing-shift" for six Federal Holidays 4:00pm through midnight for President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day; (3) relief guard "day shift" four Federal Holidays 7:30am through 4:00pm for Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. ****Duties for all guard sifts include: Security patrols, written security reports, quick responses for unusual situations, emergency response for circumstances endangering government location, log book documentation, key box security, lowering and raising U.S. Flag, assist museum staff. ****Anticipated yearly total number of hours: 3,890 hours worked by 5 guards. Pricing information to include: uniform, incidentals, training, physical exams, and supervisory and administrative as other direct cost. ****We wish to obtain information FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY:**** CUSTOMARY AND/OR STANDARD COMMERCIAL PRACTICES (contractual service agreements with industry)information specific to the following:*** 1)Please provide your STANDARD COMMERCIAL pricing. We would prefer the following breakout: Total Labor costs, Other Direct Costs, Overhead %, & profit %.
