Freeman, Contracting Officer, (440) 838-6091 The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is requesting proposals (RFP) to provide wheelchair van and sedan style car services for its veteran population. Services shall be 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, in accordance with the terms and conditions of solicitation. All vehicles must be certified by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO), and maintained in accordance with manufacturers specifications. All vehicles shall be inspected by VA personnel to ensure vehicles meet contract specifications. Awarded contractor shall have a 30 day transition period in which it must be able to begin providing full service to VA. Period of performance shall be one year from date of award, with four one-year pre-priced option year renewals. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
