This is a full and open competitive commercial item per FAR 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Army is seeking services for one basic year with four one year options beginning on or about 01 Oct 2000. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, except paper, supervision, transportation and other items or services necessary to furnish, install and maintain copy machines. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 30 May 00 at the MEDCOM Contracting Center. Solicitation is projected to be issued in writing on or about 15 May 00.
