This project shall include but not be limited to the following: demolition of concrete adjacent to above ground fuel tanks, construct fuel dispensing island with overhead canopy, provide new diesel pump, new dual hose diesel dispenser, new unleaded gasoline dispenser and new JP-8 dispenser, and regrade and resurface fueling area. This project will be a firm-fixed price contract to repair the fuel servicing area at bldg 41. The project is located in an exclusive jurisdiction area and hazardous soil material may be encountered in this project. An independent party as part of the project will perform soil test analyses. Issue date O/A 3 May 00. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code is 1542. The related Small Business size is $17,000,000. This requirement is unrestricted.
