SCOPE OF WORK: (1) Remove approximately 1200 feet of existing chain link fencing in phases. (2) Provide and install aprrocimately 1200 feet of black estate steel fencing. (3) The new fence shall be powder coated and carry a 15 year warranty against corrision, peeling, cracking, blistering, etc.,(4) The new fence shall be seven (7) feet high and have three (3) inch end and corner posts, and four (4)inch gate posts. (5) The fence shall have one (1)inch pickets and one and one-half (1 1/2) inch rails. (6) The pickets shall be 18 gauge. The rails and the posts shall be fourteen (14) gauge. (7) The fence shall be black and the finish shall be 3-4 mills electrostatically applied, baked on polyester powder coating. (8) All debris shall be removed from the site.
