The work may include any items listed in the "Unit Price Schedule" and/or "specifications". Total of each work order will be items from the "Unit Price Schedule" x offeror's multiplier plus a maximum of 25% negotiated items. The contract is for one-year base term with four one-year renewal options not to exceed five years total duration. The initial contract value will be $200,000.00, increased with corresponding bonding in increments of $200,000.00. The annual maximum value is $5,000,000.00. Minimum work order amount is $500.00 and not more than $100,000.00. Proposals can be made on any one or more of the nine Districts within the Northeast Area. The successful contractor(s) will be required to obtain a $200,000.00 performance bond and $100,000.00 payment bond before award is made. A PROPOSAL BOND IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS SOLICITATION. Award will be based on price and other factors outlined in the solicitation package.
