Z -- REPAIR EMCS COMPUTER ROOM, BUILDING 18 SOL NMA40200T0028 POC Dan Ferguson, Contract Specialist, 314-263-4211 ex.110, Frank Yonce Contracting Officer 314-263-4211 ex.116 Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof to repair the EMCS Computer Room. Work is to include the replacement of the existing raised floor panels. A drywall partition will be replaced. The existing ceiling grid will be replaced. New ceiling tiles will be installed. New vinyl floor tile will be replaced. A packaged air conditioner will be replaced and tied into the existing Johnson Controls EMCS system. Electrical circuits will be reconfigured and some panels will be removed. Existing lights will be replaced. Lights will be rewired. All work shall be installed in accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 60 days. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used and 100% of this project is set-aside for small business. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal street in the south city of St. Louis.
