This solicitation is a standing solicitation for Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 49, Part I, Section B, from which the Government contemplates award of contracts for supplies listed in the Schedule of Items covering 17 Special Item Numbers. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://eps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. The Scope is expanded to include all SINs previously included in the 49II Schedule, which has been merged with this schedule. SINs for both schedules have been consolidated in order that the correct SIN in which items are being offered will be easier to locate. Equipment Leasing has been added as a new SIN for leasing of equipment on contract. The principle purpose of this schedule is for the purchase of Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment. The scope is expanded to include worldwide delivery. FOB Destination terms apply to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. For companies offering product delivered outside the 48 contiguous United States, FOB Destination terms apply to all locations outside the domestic scope. Contact points for locations outside the domestic scope are mandatory in order to provide those locations with local assistance. This solicitation will remain in effect unless amended and/or replaced by an updated solicitation. Multiple Award Schedule solicitations are "standing" opportunities for new offers. There is no closing date for receipt of offers; therefore, offers may be submitted for consideration at any time during the life of this solicitation. The Federal Supply Schedule period is continuous, and will contain contracts with periods that commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire five years (exclusive of any options) from the DOA unless further extended pursuant to any Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, or canceled sooner. Offers will be accepted for brands identical to those currently awarded. All contracts will be indefinite delivery -- indefinite quantity contracts with $100 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. Various clauses including Clause I-FSS-599, Electronic Commerce -- FACNET, which implements GSA Advantage (GSA's On-Line Shopping Program) are included. Acceptance of the Government Purchase Card is mandatory for payments equal to or less than the micro-purchase threshold for oral or written delivery orders.
