This solicitation is a standing solicitation for Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 78, Part I, Section C, from which the Government contemplates award of contracts for supplies listed in the Schedule of Items covering 20 Special Item Numbers as follows: 192-33A, Tents and Replacement Parts, to include, but not limited to, recreational tents, tents for decontamination and triage, yurts, tent flys, poles, stakes, tent ropes and repair kits;192-33B, Sleeping Bags,to include, but not limited to bags, stuff sacks, pads and under bag mats; 192-33C, Back Packs, Field Packs and Components, to include, but not limited to back packs, field packs, fanny packs, pack boards, liners, straps and related hardware; 192-33D, Lanterns; 192-33E, Heaters, Stoves and Replacement Parts;192-33F, Jugs, Coolers, Canteens and Personal Hydration Units, to include, but not limited to jugs, coolers, canteens, personal hydration units, water containers and kits and various sizes of waterbags and liners;192-33G, Tarpaulins; 192-33H, Snowshoes;192-33I, Climbing Equipment, to include, but not limited to ropes, related hardware, straps, belts, pulleys, webbing, team challenge courses, tree climber sets; 192-33J, Field Toilets; 192-33K, Camping Cots; 192-37A, Grills and Replacement Parts; 192-37B, Tables/Benches and Replacement Parts; 192-37C, Bike Racks and Bike Lockers; 192-37D, Bleachers and Replacement Parts;192-37E, Playground Equipment; 192-37F, Playground Safety Surface; 192-37G, Park Shelters, Pavilions and Gazebos; 192-37H, Sun Protection and 192-38, Introduction of New Products; . Resulting contracts will be FOB Origin, 48 contiguous United States and Washington D. C. and FOB Origin, for delivery outside the 48 contiguous United States. There is no closing date for receipt of offers, therefor, offers may be submitted for consideration at any time during the life of this solicitation. Contact points for locations outside the domestic scope are mandatory in order to provide those locations with local assistance. This solicitation will remain in effect unless amended and/or replaced by an updated solicitation. This solicitation may be updated on a semi-annual basis, therefor offerors should request an updated solicitation six months after this notice. All contracts under this Multiple Award Schedule will be for be for periods of the date of award (DOA) plus five years and includes ClauseI-FSS-163, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract(Evergreen), allowing for three (3) additional five year periods, unless canceled sooner.
