Milk requirements on an "as-needed-basis" for Army Troop Issue and Air Force Troop Service at the following military installations within Alaska: Fort Richardson, Fort Wainwright, Elmendorf Air Force Base and Eielson Air Force Base, for the period 1 July 2000 through 30 June 2001. The contract will also include one (1) option year schedule that the Government may exercise for the period of 1 July 2001 through 30 June 2002. Milk and Milk Products must meet applicable specifications and regulations as stated within the solicitation package. The following is an overall list of the Milk and Dairy Products that will be required for the installations listed above: 1) Whole, Skim, Lowfat, and Chocolate Milk, 2) Eggnog, 3) Yogurt, 4) Ice Cream and/or Ice Milk, 5) Cottage Cheese, and 6) Sour Cream.
