The USAID/CAR Regional Mission based in Almaty, Kazakhstan is seeking proposals to procure technical assistance and training, to assist the Republic of Kazakhstan to improve the environment for small- and medium-sized enterprises growth through a more responsive financial institutions, instruments and markets, including the four key components the FPI: 1) life insurance, 2) pension, 3) residential mortgages, and 4) financial instruments.
