This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for the lease of 1 each 24'X64' (doublewide) Modular Office Trailer. This facility is to be used for additional office space for Kansas Army National Guard Counterdrug Program at Forbes Field Topeka, Kansas. 1 base year lease and two additional 1 year options to extend the lease. This solicitation DAHA14-00-R-4004 is issued as an RFP. Contractor will set up this facility. Set up shall include block, level, tie down, and skirting. This facility shall include 10 phone jacks, pre-wired telephone outlets as shown on drawings, 2 bathrooms with (2) water closets, (2) 38"X38" fiberglass showers, (2) wall hung faucets, (2) toilet paper holders, (2) soap dishes, (2)16"X24" Standard Size Mirrors, and shut off valves at all fixtures. Heating and Cooling ( HVAC ) shall include the following at a minimum (2) 15 kW Electric resistant Heat Strip with 35,000 BTU 240V Single Phase Wall Mount Air Conditioner. Exhaust fans (2) at a minimum 100 CFM Ceiling mount Fan/Light with roof cap. Electrical Minimum Requirement: Panel Box (2) 125 AMP size Sub Panels, Main Breaker (2) 100 AMP Main Breaker Switch Each, Switches (18) 115 volt 15 AMP Toggle Type, Lighting (24) 2 tube 48" Fluorescent Recessed / Diffused Light, (2) 75 watt Exterior Porch Light, Receptacles (24) 120 Volt 15 AMP Ivory Duplex Grounding Type, and (3) 120 Volt GFCI Duplex. Plumbing Minimum Requirements: Supply Lines Type "L" copper water lines (concealed), Waste Lines PVC SCH-40 Drain waste & vent lines (concealed), Water Heater (1) 80 gallon 240Volts Electric with T&P valve to stop 4" AFF with Air gap drain through floor. This to be delivered no later than 8 -- 10 weeks after contract award. This synopsis was prepared IAW FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information provided in this notice.
