In general, the work shall consist of the following: FY00 Design-Construction of Dining Facility Eglin AFB, FL. -Consists of designing and construction a 1,905 SM (20,500 SF) masonry walls over steel frame with insulated stucco finish, sloped standing seam metal roof, concrete foundation and floor slab. The site work will include parking area, utilities, and landscaping. The building will have a fire protection system, kitchen equipment and HVAC. Bid documents are available on or about 23 May 2000. Estimated cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Bidders, subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet to receive one CD-ROM.
