Description of Work: the National Park Service, Denver Service Center, is soliciting proposals from construction firms having the capability to perform the work described below. A negotiated firm-fixed price contract will be awarded, requiring submission of both a technical and a price proposal. The project is located west of Sulphur City, Murray County, Oklahoma, within Chickasaw National Recreation Area's Arbuckle District, 5 miles south of State Highway 7. The work of the contract includes but is not limited to: general construction of an RV dump station, automated fee collection station, small amphitheater, 29 campsites, campspurs, timber stepped ramps, walkways, trails, parking areas, electrical power to amphitheater and fee station, connection of the dump station to existing sanitary sewer, landscaping, erosion control, and site work.
