This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for paving and asphalt sealcoating, and related services, for post offices throughout the Salt Lake City District (entire state of Utah). Work may be requested to be performed at any or all of the postal-owned or leased facilities throughout the state of Utah. The total quantity of work required under this contract is indefinite. One or more work orders will be issued totaling not less than $10,000.00. Individual work orders will be issued totaling for not less than $1,000.00 or more than $250,000.00. The intital contract amount will not exceed $200,000.00. The duration of the contract will be 24 months. The total 2 year contract will not exceed $2,500,000.00. The Contractor must have an office located within the geographical area covered by the contract. The contract must be administered by a representative of the contractor at that location having full authority to make contract decisions.
